We trained in the Nagoya Gakuin school gym yesterday afternoon concentrating on some light weights, core stability and a recovery cycle on the exercise bikes. The new homestay hosts have shown the boys around parts of Nagoya, including Macdonalds restaurants, although this might just be a rumour! Today we trained up at the university ground on a beautiful artificial grass pitch and had a welcome reception given to us by our hosts in the evening. This time we didn't have to sing for our supper!
